Lose The Bloat Juice

Celery, Cucumber, Mint, Flat Leaf Parsley, Pineapple

INGREDIENTS:

100g pineapple chunks 

1⁄4 cucumber, sliced

2 sticks of celery, sliced

⁄4 inch of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced  

1 tablespoons of fresh flat leaf parsley leaves

1 tablespoons of fresh mint leaves

Juice of ½ lemon 

3 or 4 Ice cubes 

METHOD:

1. Place all the ingredients in a juicer and blend until you reach a smooth consistency.
