Honey Gorgonzola Dates
Makes 16
INGREDIENTS:
16 fresh dates
80g gorgonzola
1 tbsp honey
30g pistachios, finely chopped
METHOD:
Using a sharp knife cut a slit lengthways in each fresh date and remove and the stone.
Using a teaspoon, spoon the gorgonzola cheese inside the date, and place them on a serving platter.
Drizzle the honey on top, followed by a generous sprinkle of the finely chopped pistachios.
