JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking to hire a Personal Assistant to join our expanding team. The role will be primarily based near Newbury at Broadspear Farm but ability to also work days in London when needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing Clodagh’s diary, including:
Updating her Google Calendar with any new appointments, events or meetings
Liaising with relevant contacts to book meetings, shoots & filming days and ensure Clodagh’s calendar is updated as soon as anything is confirmed
Booking all Clodagh’s travel for both work and personal trips - taxis, trains and flights
Collating all of Clodagh’s receipts and invoices for the bookkeeper. Collating and filing all business, personal and travel expenses
Making sure that all Dropbox folders are kept organised
Respond to all emails and enquiries that come through to the info email account
Order or collect ingredients/props that are needed for filming or photo-shoots
Managing all incoming orders - fulfilling and sending out all shop orders and managing incoming Bakery orders
Miscellaneous tasks to support the team which will vary according to sector and to the managers remit
SKILLS NEEDED
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Organisational skills and ability to multitask
Flexibility and adaptability
Knowledge of standard software packages and ability to learn specific
software if required
Car and driving licence
