Celebrate the season’s bounty at Clodagh’s Harvest Supper, on Thursday 26th September at The Glasshouse Restaurant at The Pavilion in Cork.
As a celebration of the season's rich harvest flavours, Clodagh has curated a mouthwatering four course menu featuring a selection of dishes, made with freshly sourced ingredients from local farms. Each dish will be prepared by Clodagh and Pavilion Chefs, David O'Sullivan and David Rice.
Guests are invited to arrive at 6.30pm where they will be greeted by Clodagh and a welcome aperitif, before indulging in the ultimate, earth-to-plate harvest feast.
At the end of the evening, Clodagh will be available to sign her award winning books, 'In Minutes’ and Clodagh’s Weeknight Kitchen', which is full of easy and exciting dishes to add to any recipe collection.

On The Menu
Begin your evening with Clodagh's signature soda bread, sprinkled with pumpkin seeds and served with Glenilen Farm butter.
For starters, savour the rich flavours of Broadspear honey roasted figs, paired with whipped rosemary Toonsbridge ricotta and complemented by a fresh Horizon Farm green leaf salad.
The main course is a true celebration of harvest flavours, featuring Caherbeg free range pork stuffed with apples and wild blackberries, accompanied by buttery colcannon, braised swiss chard, roasted butternut squash, and apple crisps.
Lastly indulge in a sumptuous apple tart tatin, served with Glenilen Farm crème fraiche, and a selection of Gubbeen cheese and crackers to end the evening perfectly.
