Cheesemongers Around The World
Ireland
Established in 1992 by Isabelle Sheridan selling Farmhouse Cheeses, Charcuterie, Fresh Breads, Irish Artisan Food, and French Gourmet Food Specialities in The English Market, in Cork City.
Sheridans are passionately committed to sourcing highest quality artisan products and forging links directly with the food producers. The close relationships they have with their suppliers are of the utmost importance to the ethos of the company. Many of the farmhouse cheeses and foods are handmade locally in Ireland and they have a wide selection of delicious artisan produce from all over Europe.

Canada
A first of its kind in Canadian retail, their vault offers a chance for customers to learn about and appreciate the ageing process of cheese. You’ll find some of the longest-ageing wheels of cheese on Earth. From the world’s largest log of Provolone at 864 lb., to a wheel of Parmigiano that has been aging since 2002, the cheeses in their vault have endless stories to tell.
USA
From their cheesemakers to their farmer partners, Cowgirl Creamery is passionate about dairy as a force for good. They’re continuing their original mission to craft delicious cheese from the extraordinary milk in their region.
The Caves at Murray’s Cheese were built to enhance the quality of their products, as well as to honour the craft of each cheesemaker. They designed each cave to ensure that every wheel of cheese matures in its ideal environment, and specifically calibrated each to be a chamber in which temperature, humidity and microbial activity can all be controlled and monitored with the greatest precision. For centuries, caves – being cool in temperature and high in humidity – have provided an optimal aging facility for cheese.
